TheOutNet Purchase gone wrong...

See by Chloe Faux-fur Cossack Hat £25
Mini for Many Almodo Jersey Tulip Skirt £30
Both at 50% off!

So I finally stumble upon a white cossack hat at an awesome price and this cute summery mint green skirt (despite them having styled it for winter.. I think it looks shocking in the winter edition, personally!) and something goes wrong at check-out! By the time I popped in all of my purchaser details, apparently, the skirt had sold out and I was taken to an 'Oooops, something went wrong' page. I then went ahead to just purchase the hat and this transaction went through successfully. Checked my email, transaction numero uno actually went through! jhsifbb!! So I have been charged twice, of course. Ugh. Very annoying! Hopefully the first transaction was indeed successful and I get both items, and hopefully they'll refund/cancel (unnecessary) transaction two. Keep you posted!

I'm so excited having found this cute cossack hat, even though summer is fast approaching here - it'll come in handy next winter! Plus, I actually have a similar one which I purchased from Review, an Australian designer, and I loveee it - however, I used to keep it on top of this lamp I never used.. and one day when my brother's ex-fiance came around and was doing her make-up in my room, she used the lamp and forgot to turn it off. In turn, it burnt a hole through my favorite head piece! *sobs*

Lipstick Alert!

YSL Rouge Volupte - No.2 Silky Sensual Radiant Lipstick ... and Dessin Des Levres LipLiner, No.17 Rose.
I have been on the hunt for a good pinky/beige lipstick for SO long. Finally I have discovered the right shade for me! Also, I think I may need to go back and buy another colour because this lipstick feels so good on and smells real good too!

I want Blake's threads!

Kim ruined it.

Kim Kardashian celebrated her 30th birthday over the weekend apparently.. this was her attire. OTT much? What's more, she had a 1.65 million dollar diamond encrusted BIRTHDAY CAKE. wtf.

Ahh anyway... in terms of her jewels below.. seriously go for one or the other.. necklace or earrings.. not both! It's tacky otherwise. Angelina wore it better, must say!

Green's the GO!

Want. Need. Must have!

I love the colour green + I love earrings (especially if they're statement!). Not a big fan of Angelina.. but more or less irrelevant here. I will definitely be searching for something similar to these earrings she wears...  they are divine!

FrockStars! Some of my favs...

Salsa fits my life TOO!

This post is about Jeans. But not just any jeans, no! ... Salsa Jeans. Read on...

Okay so I pretty much call them miracle jeans! This Portuguese brand was launched in 1994 and for the remainder of the '90's expanded into the rest of Europe and Asia.  It expanded it's reach into the Middle East and has become a bestseller in countries like Kuwait, Quatar, UAE and Oman. This resulted in Salsa Jeans being proclaimed as Portugal's Product of the Year 2010. Very impressive.

Unfortunately, (as always!).. This brand is not available in Australia, nor does their online store ship downunder. *sad face* But, being the 'googler' that I am, I have discovered an online shopping website which stocks Salsa Jeans, www.ilovejeans.com. Now, I have not ordered from the website myself, so if you do.. let me know how you go! I believe that this is a UK based site, so when you do order, you may require a mail-forwarding service too. This is (probably) as good as it gets for those of us located downunder!

When I asked Salsa via Twitter when they'll be gettin' their bums to Australia (excuse the pun!)... This was their reply:
 Salsa Jeans

@ We don't know when we'll be opening stores in Australia, but we're gathering efforts to get there via online next year!

Hooraah! There's hope! :))

Price wise, very very affordable... between AUD$99-200

Salsa styles are categorised by certain attributes; i.e. the butt lifting Push Up jeans, Unisex jeans, Reversible jeans and tummy-flattening Push In jeans. See below.

This is their new creation, the TWO IN ONE! Um, like..  totally wowza?!

I am a proud owner of three pairs of these babies! I got them from EU on my trip this year. My bestie actually brought them to my attention last year and the plan was to get on to them next time I travel. I seriously love them! They are the perfect jeans for those of us who have a bum and hips! God sent.

Amen to Salsa Jeans.

Shoes, GLORIOUS Shoes!

Lately I've become very minimalist and classic when it comes to shoes. I have about three or four pairs I keep switching between, they go with pretty much everything in my wardrobe. A pair of black and nude high gloss, 15cm peeptoes; black pumps and a tan summery pair which you can dress up or down. The rest of my heels (and I'd say there is about sixty of them) just sit there, aimlessly. The plan is to eBay a lot of them off! I realised I needed to become a little more practical with footwear since I did a fair bit of jet-setting - and I quite like the fact that I am no longer shoe obsessed! It's a very liberating feeling, actually. Having said all that, however, the shoes pictured below are STUNNING! It almost makes me want to become all complicated about shoes again! aaaaah! Most of the photos are from the Paris Fashion Week taxed from style.com. Soooo.. Feasttt your eyeess! :)

Pucci Summer 2011 oh la la...

Now I know I've just had my double dose of summer for the year! But I can already barely wait for the Melbourne summer to swing around. The weather in this city has been shocking since my return from eastern Europe (... I can still hear the collapse of waves on top of each other *sigh*), will my mind please come back and reunite with my body, now.. please? It is the price you pay for memorable holidays indeed and I'm beginning to wonder whether it's worth it..? Holidaying that is. Ok, ok.. don't shout.. clearly, it's worth it! Or is it? Hmmm...

Ok so, yes.. Pucci it is ... just, very wowza!

This would go down well...

I feel like doing this.

If only the rain could wash away all the overwhelming emotions, thoughts...
